  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at the time the order is placed.

  1. How will the merchandise be shipped?

We will use USPS, UPS and Fedex for shipping.  In the event a larger piece needs to be shipped, we will explore other economical shipping methods.  When the merchandise is received, please carefully inspect it.  If there is an issue with the item, please contact us immediately.

3. Can items be returned?

Yes.  In the event an item needs to be returned, we will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This will need to be included with the merchandise that is returned.  The product to be returned must be unused and in it's original packaging.

 4.  Are these bats covered by a warranty?

Yes.  All bats are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase.  We know that issues with bats NEVER come at an opportune time.  In most cases, they happen at the worst time.  To help with this process, simply notify us at brad@tradeyourbat.com of the issue.  We will arrange for a new bat to be shipped while we process the warranty exchange.
